Forces will Follow Govt Decision over Faizabad Sit-in: DG ISPR

The Director General of military media wing ISPR, Asif Ghafoor said that the forces will follow what the government will decide regarding the end of religious parties sit-in at Faizabad, which is continue from 17 days and several rounds of talks between government and protesters have been failed to solve the issue.
“It is best option to handle the situation through dialogues, however military will follow the instructions given by the government in this connection, ” he said in a statement adding that whenever the government called military it has fulfilled its responsibilities.
He mentioned that politics has its own domain and political leadership and parliament should do what they want to do.
“Forces can,t move without the support of the nation and in war against terrorism was not a easy battle, however we fought it with the support of the nation,” he said.
Commenting over the ongoing operations against terrorism DG ISPR said that the operation against terrorism being conducted on the basis of the intelligent sharing.
Explaining the situation at Afghanistan border, Major General said that Afghan border being secured, however the affairs in Afghanistan were not in control of its government.
Commenting over the Kulbhushan Jadhav case he said that allowing Kulbhushan Jadhav’s mother to him will leave no effect on the case.
