Imran Khan criticises govt for raising fuel prices

The chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Imran Khan strongly diatribe on federal government for hike in petroleum prices and termed the step as shamble for the government.
In his statement on social media website Imran Khan alleged that poor people being burdened in the name of tax reforms and increasing POL prices, however government has failed to stop money laundering.
“Absolutely shameful how the govt has dropped a petrol bomb on the poor nation at the start of 2018,” Imran said.

On the other hand, after the PPP the Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) has also submitted call attention notice in National Assembly terming hike in petrol prices was cruelty with the people.
The motion was submitted by the JI leader Sahibazada Tariqullah saying that soar in petroleum prices was tantamount to drone attack on people that has further make the life of poor miserable.
