Facts Based Probe Being ensured in Zainab Case: Shehbaz Sharif

The Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif has vowed on Friday that the hundred per cent facts based inquiry being ensured in Zainab’s murder case, however any attempt to create ambiguity in was tantamount to influence over the case.
He made these views while chairing Punjab cabinet sub-committee to law and order meeting and investigative team formed in Zainab case briefed the CM over the development took place so far.
Addressing to meeting CM Punjab said that no leniency and mistake would be tolerated in Joint Investigation Team proceeding and team should use utmost professional skills for the inquiry.“The cruelty done with Zainab in Kasur is a dilemma for entire nation and each member of the society should have fulfill his/her social duties to halt such kind of incidents,” he said adding that if any person has any evidence regarding the case he o she must share with JIT.
He advised to media, “Media should also perform its social responsibility by keeping the sensitivity of the case in view.”Commenting over the incident of Mardan, where a girl child Asma was allegedly raped and killed, he said that Asma’s forensic lab test has been completed and Punjab government will further extend its cooperation with KP government because Asma is not only the daughter of KP but entire nation.
