Two witnesses to record statements as Sharif family appears in NAB court

Former premier Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam Nawaz and son-in-law Capt (retd) Safdar have reappear in accountability court in National Accountability Bureau (NAB) references today (Tuesday).
Accountability court judge Muhammad Bashir is hearing the references. It is the 26th hearing of Al-Azizia Steel Mills reference, 23rd of Flagship Investment Ltd and 22nd hearing of the Avenfield Properties.
It is 15th appearance of ousted premier before the accountability court, 17th appearance of Maryam Nawaz and 19th appearance of Capt (r) Safdar.
The court has summoned two witnesses of the prosecution, Afaq Ahmad and Waqar Ahmad, to record their statements during today’s hearing. Counsel for the defence will cross-examine the witnesses.
