Police arrests seven suspected terrorists in Lahore operation

At least six suspected terrorists and an alleged suicide bomber were arrested on Friday when the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) (CTD) and the Intelligence Bureau (IB) foiled a major terrorist plot during a joint operation in Lahore.
According to Express News, the accused were identified as Islam-ul-Haq, Jahangir Shah, Imran, Waqar and Aleem whereas Luqman was the suspected bomber.
CTD officials claimed the alleged terrorists were involved in attacks on Bedian and Ferozpur roads and were plotting attacks from a seminary they took refuge in.
The arrested terrorists had also allegedly planned to attack the Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches but were not successful.
They were shifted to an undisclosed location for interrogation shortly after their arrest.
