PPP members abused Amir liaquat and tore clothes

The members of PTI and PPP got into a fight with each other at Karachi’s Hakim Saeed Ground on Monday.
Tensions have increased between pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) after a clash between the members of the two parties at Hakim Saeed Ground in Karachi.
Commenting on this, PTI leader Dr Aamir Liaquat has said that the PPP members were drunk. “They abused me and tore my clothes. I went there to pacify the situation but the PPP members treated me very badly,” he said.
Liaquat further said that the PPP hooligans attacked me in the police station, abused me and tore my clothes. How will they provide food, clothing and shelter to the people when they themselves are tearing others’ clothes, he said.
The agitated PTI members are outside Aziz Bhatti police station. The situation will worsen if we let them escape, he added.
The members of PTI and PPP got into a fight with each other at Karachi’s Hakim Saeed Ground on Monday. The venue turned into a battleground after a severe clash between the members of the two parties. Several people were injured as a result of the clash.
The clash took place over holding a public meeting in the ground. Both the parties intend to hold a public meeting in Hakim Saeed Ground on May 12. The PPP has been alleged of attacking the PTI’s camp and destroying it while the PPP said that PTI people agitated the party workers. Both the parties also stoned each other during the clash.
