NAB Orders Probe Against NS, Abbasi in LNG Terminal Case

The cases one and another are gripping the former prime minister Nawaz Sharif as National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has given green signal to probe against him and Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in complaints of illegal use of powers.
The approval was given in an executive board meeting of the anti-graft watchdog presided over by the chairman justice retired Javed Iqbal on Wednesday.
The spokesperson NAB informed that both the former prime ministers are also facing the charges of billion of rupees corruption and losses to the national exchequer.
“Both have also been facing charges of handing over the contract of Light Natural Gas (LNG) terminal for 15 years to a favorite company without merit,” the spokesperson said.
