PTI leaders meet former speaker Ayaz Sadiq

A delegation of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders met former speaker Ayaz Sadiq where they discussed the National Assembly session scheduled for tomorrow.
According to a party spokesperson, the PTI leaders met Sadiq to also invite Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leaders to the oath-taking ceremony, where they expect PTI Chairperson Imran Khan to take oath as the prime minister.
The spokesperson also said that PTI wanted to take all political parties on board as they consider it important to have a good work relationship.
The delegation of PTI leaders met Sadiq at the Speaker House where former speaker of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, Asad Qaiser; former CM of KP, Pervez Khattak, and PTI Spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry were also in attendance.
Besides the discussion on tomorrow’s National Assembly session, the PTI leaders and Sadiq also exchanged views on the election of a new speaker for the House.
The PTI leaders also expressed reservations over the allotments in parliamentary lodges.
Following the session, Chaudhry spoke to the media, saying they would also meet the leaders of Pakistan Peoples Party in the evening.
He said Pakistan is surrounded by problems, which can be dealt with unity. The PTI leader added they also wanted Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal and other parties to move forward with them.
Sources said Chaudhry also called former leader of the opposition, Khursheed Shah, to arrange a meeting with him.
